  • Can I return an item?

    Yes, in most cases you can return an item. However, the item must meet the return conditions. If this is the case, please contact our customer service to request a return.

    Please note: You have to reach out to our customer service to request a return within five business days of receiving the order.

  • How do I return an item?

    An item that you return, in consultation with our customer service, must be similar in packaging and volume to the original delivery. * In addition, the item must be returned in its original condition and disassembled. Read all return conditions here. 

    * When returning part of the order, this is of course not necessary. In that case, please make sure that the item you are returning, is returned in its original condition and packaging. 

  • What is the return fee?

    Depending on the reason for return and the volume of the item, charges may apply. You will receive these in advance from our sales department after you have contacted them about the return. 

  • Can I cancel or change a return appointment?

    Yes, we plan return appointments in consultation with you, which you can change or cancel at a later time via our customer service department. 

  • How long does return processing take?

    Within five working days of receiving your return at our warehouse, you can expect to hear from us about return processing. 

  • When can I expect a refund on a return?

    You may expect a refund within 5 business days after the return order was processed.

  • Can I return used and/or customised products?

    No, customised products and products that fall under the 'used' category cannot be returned. 

  • How long is the warranty on products?

    The warranty may vary from product to product, so always contact our customer service department if you have any questions about your product's warranty period.
