Description

The Immer Bolt is a high-quality sealer designed for heavy-duty applications. It has a strong Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) body combined with a steel pin. This type of bolt seal is ideal for situations where robust security is required, such as transportation and storage of valuable goods. When the bolt is closed, the total length is 94 mm. This seal meets ISO17712:2013 (High Security Seal) and C-TPAT requirements. This makes it suitable for international container transport and the seal will not cause problems at customs.

The Immer Bolt comes with unique numbering to increase traceability and security. This unique identification is clearly displayed on both the housing and the steel pin, making each bolt seal individually identifiable.

With a tensile strength of 20 kN, the Immer Bolt offers exceptional resistance to pulling, making it very suitable for heavy duty use. The product has a shear test resistance of 8.9 kN (1700 kg), demonstrating its robustness under lateral loads. Under bending loads, the bolt can withstand a force of 67 nM. The bolt seal has excellent impact resistance at both room temperature (18 ± 3°C) and cold temperatures (-27 ± 3°C), with an impact force of 40.68 J in both situations. This makes the product suitable for use in extreme weather conditions.

Thanks to its robust construction and high tensile, shear and impact resistance, the Immer Bolt is suitable for sealing freight containers, trucks and other heavy-duty applications where safety and integrity are critical.
