Description

A lightweight nestable plastic block pallet made from 100% recycled HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) and PP (Polypropylene). Designed with a focus on sustainability, lightweight construction and logistical efficiency, it offers an excellent solution for various industries such as logistics, retail and recycling. The pallet has Euronorm dimensions of 1200x1000 mm, a common size suitable for use in standard European warehouses and transport vehicles. Manufactured from 100% recycled HDPE and PP. Both materials are durable, strong and resistant to abrasion, while the use of recycled material contributes to more sustainable production and a smaller carbon footprint. The pallet can support a dynamic load of up to 1,000 kg during transport or movement. This makes it suitable for medium loads. In a static situation, the pallet can carry a weight of up to 2500 kg, which is ideal for long-term storage of products in warehouses. Equipped with an open top deck (grid deck). This type of deck promotes the ventilation of products, reduces the weight of the pallet and makes it easier to clean the pallet. The grid deck also provides better drainage, which is useful in humid environments. Features stacking edges, which prevent the load from shifting during transport or storage. The pallet stands on 9 legs and is nestable, meaning the pallets can be pushed together when empty. This saves considerable space during storage and transport, improving logistical efficiency. Resistant to temperatures from -40 °C to +70 °C, making it suitable for use in both cold environments (such as cold stores) and hot conditions. The pallet is four-sided insertable, meaning it can be picked up on four sides by a forklift or pallet truck.
