Description

A lightweight plastic block pallet made from 100% recycled HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) and PP (Polypropylene). Designed with a focus on durability, lightweight construction and logistics efficiency, it offers an excellent solution for various industries such as logistics, retail and recycling. The pallet has Euronorm dimensions of 1200x1000 mm, a common size suitable for use in standard European warehouses and transport vehicles. Manufactured from 100% recycled HDPE and PP. Both materials are durable, strong and resistant to abrasion, while the use of recycled material contributes to more sustainable production and a smaller carbon footprint. The pallet can support a dynamic load of up to 1,000 kg during transport or movement. This makes it suitable for medium loads. In a static situation, the pallet can carry a weight of up to 2500 kg, which is ideal for long-term storage of products in warehouses. Equipped with a closed top deck. The closed top deck provides a smooth surface, which ensures maximum load support. This makes it ideal for transporting and storing smaller goods. Features stacking edges, which prevent the load from shifting during transport or storage. The 3 skids make the pallet stable in storage racks, which is important when storing in high warehouses. The skids reinforce the structure, reducing sagging even under heavy loads. Resistant to temperatures from -40 °C to +70 °C, making it suitable for use in both cold environments (such as cold stores) and hot conditions. The pallet is four-sided insertable, meaning it can be picked up on four sides by a forklift or pallet truck.
