The storage cabinet is designed as an indoor application for the safe storage of Lithium-ion batteries where mainly batteries for electric bikes, e-steps, hand tools, drones, walkie-talkies and the like are envisaged. 2 self-closing doors fitted with door contacts. These register if a door is open for more than 5 minutes. A notification can be sent via the MyLoxxer platform and an alarm signal will sound on site. The doors have a multi-point locking system and can be locked with a key. Store your batteries in accordance with PGS37-2, KIWA certified K21054 and EN1209 approved fire control centre.

The cabinet is equipped with adjustable foot rests and can be moved via the four sides with a pallet truck and/or forklift truck, this ensures that in case of incidents, the cabinet can be moved outside quickly. Overpressure is provided at the top of the cabinet with a flame-resistant mesh. If there is a sudden rise in temperature and pressure build-up, the overpressure valve will open and the built-up pressure will drop to the normal atmospheric value. The LOXK2000 ADVANCED PRO is equipped with forced ventilation to keep the temperature inside the cabinet within acceptable limits. The cabinet is equipped with 2 smoke detectors for rapid transmission to the fire control centre and activation of the aerosol. The aerosol cools and controls the battery during a thermal runaway to prevent fire spread.

There are four adjustable shelf grids on the inside of the cabinet to adjust the distance between the shelves. The shelves contain a mesh structure and have a load capacity of up to 70 kg. Per shelf grid, a distribution socket with 8 sockets is provided on the back wall for charging the Lithium-ion with a maximum current of 16A per socket.

- Temperature detection of > 50°C automatically stops charging and an alarm signal is sounded.
- Alarm via audio-visual notifications, the MyLoxxer platform and connectable to fire control centre (SMS & e-mail): cabinet open for more than 5 minutes, power failure, system overload error, temperature >55°C and smoke detection. In the event of an error message, charging will be interrupted.
- In case of power failure, the cabinet is equipped with a UPS battery that powers the cabinet for at least 24h to ensure continued safety.

Operation with smoke detection:
With smoke detection, the very first indications of fire danger can be detected. When smoke develops, a signal is triggered and the following steps are taken sequentially:
- Alarm via siren and red flashing light
- Forwarding to the main fire control unit if connected. Optional: sending SMS/E-mail via the MyLoxxer platform
- Interruption of battery charging
- Switching off active ventilation
- Activating the Aerosol generator
